Parkland has delivered a wide range of installations over the years taking our total completed projects to well over 200. Our team is comprised of expert Mechanical Consultants, Contract Managers, Site Supervisors, Gas Safe Heating Engineers, and Heating and Plumbing Engineers Ventillation Installers, and Electricial Engineers and are technically skilled to install even the most complex projects. Parsons Green Sports & Social Club is a private members club consisting of outdoor and indoor facilities and twenty six new luxury apartments.
Parkland completed the mechanical installation for the luxury apartments and sports complex. The apartments are powered by gas combi-boilers and communal boosted cold water services.
The club and gym hot water is generated by way of air source heat pumps. We also installed full air conditioning throughout the building and the car park ventilation system.
Maori Park, a prestigious new development of seven detached four and five bedroom luxury homes located on Maori Road Guildford, just a short walk from Guildford town centre.
Parkland completed the plumbing & heating installation for the new build development with underfloor heating on all floors and stylish bathrooms throughout.
For this development, like many others, we were contracted to install a complete underfloor heating & screed package – Installing the insulation, DPM, UFH and screed.
Hurstfold Farm is a development of ten high-end luxury country homes, set within ten acres of the South Downs National Park.
Parkland completed the heating installation of ten air source heat pumps in each of the ten houses.
Parkland Heating and Plumbing is an accredited heat pump installer and able to complete the design, installation, commissioning & MCS sign-off for all heat pump installations.
Arlington Lodge is a luxurious collection of twelve, one, two and three bedroom apartments, located in a private estate at the bottom of Whyteleafe Hill,Surrey.

Parkland completed the installation of gas combi-boliers with underfloor heating in all 12 apartments.

At The Great Oaks, comprises of six properties, with three different house styles within the development, each carefully crafted to maximise space, usability and flexibility.
The outside areas also present bespoke layouts and have clearly benefited from early consideration, as each home benefits from a southerly aspect, generous garden along with plenty of driveway parking.
Parkland completed the installation of underfloor heating on the ground floor with radiators on the first floors and un-vented hot water systems & Vaillant gas system boilers.
Branksome House is a striking Victorian property with later Art Deco extensions situated in Godalming.
Now, almost 150 years later, Branksome House enters the next chapter of its illustrious life, with a sympathetic conversion into seventeen luxury apartments. A second block will now sit alongside, comprising of a further nine newly built apartments.
Parkland completed the full mechanical and electrical installation for all the refurbished and new build units. Working in the old building had many challenges to overcome regarding pipe and ducting routes, but true to form, we completed this project on time and on budget.
Salperton is high-end, and high-spec18,000 sqft private residence in Bushey, London.
Parkland completed a full mechanical and electrical installation for this property, which we know refer to as having the ‘Rolls Royce’ of plant rooms, including three Worcester commercial gas boilers, 2x 50KW ultra quick recovery hot water cylinders, and Aquatec Pressmain booster pump and much more.
This private client commissioned the highest-end materials and equipment, having chosen Parkland for the job, knowing this is our area of specialism. And naturally, the project was completed with high-praise from the client.

Hampton Court Pavilion is a truly magnificent private residence set in the grounds of the historic Hampton Court Palace.
This private residence boasts in indoor pool, banquet hall, gym, and as you would expect, everything has been done to the highest standard.
Parkland was chosen as the mechanical contractor because we could meet the quality of installation work that this one-off build demanded. The heating & hot water systems are powered by three large air source heat pump units with underfloor heating throughout.
Alder Grove is an exclusive development of ten stunning three and four bedroom new homes set in Chilworth, Surrey. The properties benefit from endless quality and a luxurious specification.
Parkland designed and installed a mechanical specification that would enable the installation of a cost effective and maintainable heating and plumbing solution.
These properties have underfloor heating on the ground floor with radiators on the first floor powered by a Valliant System Boiler. We provided a full screed and underfloor heating package.
Wildcrest combines traditional design, with modern appliances and technology, required for high-end living. This considered approach can be seen throughout the house.
The bathrooms have been designed to the highest level of specification featuring ceramic sanitary ware and stone composite baths with exquisite tiling and subtle lighting.
Parkland installed a specification comprised of two Valliant boilers and a low loss header with independent circuits for underfloor heating, towel rails, radiators and hot water. The hot and cold domestic services were then powered by a Duty Point Scuba Tank Booster Pump.
